Box Office FAQ's

What methods of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Proper identification may be required when paying by check or credit credit card.

Can I purchase tickets tickets over the phone?
Yes.  For a $2 handling fee, tickets may be purchased over the phone with a valid credit card.  Because of our no refunds or cancellations policy, we are unable to hold any tickets without a credit card. Please call (209) 725-8587


I bought tickets to a show and can no longer use them.  May I have a refund?
Sorry.  We have a strict no refunds or cancellations policy; however, with 24 hours advance notice, we will happily exchange your tickets to another performance for a small handling fee of $2 per ticket.


I use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, can you accommodate me?
Absolutely! Please call or come by the box office in advance to reserve your seats.  When you reserve your tickets, please inform the box office staff of your special needs and we will do our best to find you appropriate seating.  Due to the configuration of our theater and seating arrangements, we cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchair seating for walk-up ticket purchases.


Do I need to buy a ticket for my toddler?
Unfortunately, we no longer allow children under the age of 5 into the theatre for our productions.  If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel free to call the theatre at (209) 725-8587.


When do tickets go on sale for each production?
As of August 1, tickets for all of our season productions are on sale and available for purchase!                 Back to Top

Box Office Policy - 2008-2009 Season

Ticket sales may not be cancelled or refunded. Please check your tickets at the time of purchase to ensure that they are for the correct date and time.  Children under 5 years of age will not be permitted into the theatre.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show with 24 hours advance notice, and there will be a $2.00 handling fee per ticket. The exhange fee is waived for season subscribers.

Tickets can only be purchased over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. Tickets that are not picked up by 5 minutes prior to start of the performance are subject to resell.  No refunds will be given.

A $2.00 transaction fee will be applied to all purchases via telephone regardless of the method of payment.

Performances start promptly at their published times - generally Friday & Saturday Evenings at 7:30pm and Sunday Afternoons at 2:00pm. Latecomers will only be seated when there is an appropriate break in the performance at the discretion of the House Manager on duty. Please arrive well in advance of curtain time. The theatre opens for seating one-half hour prior to the start of the show. Seats not filled by 5 minutes prior to show time are subject to resell.  No refunds will be given.                                                                                                   Back to Top
