Educational Outreach Instructor
Playhouse Merced's Educational Outreach programs are in high demand offering a unique and exciting after school opportunity for Merced county youth to learn various performing arts techniques at their school or local youth organization program.
As an Outreach Instructor, you will be a valuable member of a 3-4 person team of instructors who travel to local area schools / youth organizations. Most of the outreach educational programs are after school assignments for 3 - 5 weekdays each class is normally a 2-week assignment, then on to another location the following week.
If you are one of those rare gems, a person not afraid to be goofy, who might just randomly burst out in song, can use a glue gun while reciting a favorite quote or monologue, and like to have fun while instructing our community's youth creatively, then we want to meet you!
